Alt's Tool & Machine mission statement is to provide superior service to our customers using our quality management system. Quality Policy
It is Alt's Tool and Machine's policy to provide quality products and services that meet customers contract and regulatory requirements and to provide fast effective service on time to all all our customers. Our quality policy is available, understood and implemented at all levels of our company. Alt's Tool & Machine's quality policy shall provide for continuous process improvement and implement strategies that improve the effectiveness of the quality system. The documentation of key quality indicators shall be used to monitor internal and external customer complaints as well as internal problems.
